Syracuse band will fill in as opening act for The Fray

Our Lady Peace fans eligible for refunds
Soul Risin', a Syracuse rock and blues jam band, will replace Our Lady Peace as the opening act at tonight's grandstand concert by The Fray.
Soul Risin' blends traditional blues and classic rock with folk, R&B, and reggae to create a modern sound all its own. Earlier this summer, the group opened for the Marshall Tucker Band at Syracuse's Inner Harbor.
Our Lady Peace this morning was forced to cancel its appearance due to a family emergency involving one of the band's members. The Fair wishes the band all the best during this difficult time.
The New York State Fair will offer refunds for unused tickets to tonight's performance by The Fray at the Mohegan Sun Grandstand. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this unforeseen and unavoidable development may cause some Fairgoers.
People who bought tickets primarily to see Our Lady Peace are welcome to return unused tickets for a full refund.
Unused concert tickets must be returned to their place of purchase. The Fair Box Office will fully refund the face value of any unused tickets to the concert that were purchased there. The Box Office will be open during the Fair, and will close after Labor Day, Sept. 7.
All refunds will be given in the manner in which payment was made, whether by cash or credit card. For additional information, please refer to the Fair's Website - nysfair.org.
People who bought tickets through Ticketmaster online or by phone should mail unused Tickets to Ticketmaster at 1000 Corporate Landing, Charleston, W. Va., 25311.
Only complete, unused tickets will be accepted for refund. Ticket-takers at the grandstand are required to rip tickets as people enter. Ripped tickets cannot be returned.
